I am a pharmacist and clinical researcher who spent years watching patients leave the pharmacy with prescriptions they would never finish. The problem was never the medication — it was the silence between visits. No one was checking. No system was listening.

Aafiyet was built to fill that silence. Drawing on my background in clinical trial operations and a deep belief that AI should extend care rather than replace it, I built a system that calls patients daily, understands what they say, and tells clinicians what matters — before a missed dose becomes a hospitalisation.

We are starting with focused pilots across Turkey and the GCC, building a model that improves with every call, and creating a platform that scales to any language, any market, any healthcare system.
